Pujas, Homas, and Aarathis at Mount Soma

As the number of ceremonies performed at Mount Soma increases, the experiences become more and more tangibly profound.

~

With August being a particularly active month at the Shiva Temple things have been very exhilarating here to say the least.  The quality during the ceremonies takes on an eternal feeling.  For thousands of years they have been performed in the same manner.

~

I cannot help but to think of Rama, Vasistha, and all the others who, in ancient time, sat in front of the fire making offerings as we do now.  A sublime silence fills the space, even as the pandit chants and hymns are sung.  It feels as if the still, yet enlivened, transcendent holds the moments in timeless suspension – unifying now with the primordial past going back years, unmeasured by history as we know it. I am carried away by the exquisite ecstasy those moments create…. suspended in timeless enraptured bliss.

~

The cumulative effects become ever more palpable as time goes by.  It is clear to me that doing only one meditation twice daily here is far more evolutionary than any other program we may have done in the past.

~

The people who live here are truly blessed.  Powerful purification is certainly being experienced by everyone.  It is said that human evolution is as elusive as passing through the eye of a needle.  This is true for two reasons.  Firstly, the methodology is subtle and easily lost over time. Secondly, it is not always easy.

~

As the samskaras (impurities) leave the body, some of them are experienced – fortunately only a few in comparison to how many are being released!  Yet that is not the difficult part.  What makes this difficult is that they are not easily identifiable. They are experienced sometimes as your truth… your emotions and thoughts.  If they showed themselves for what they are, evolution would be easier.

~

However, they do not come clearly labeled.  They are not experienced as impurities leaving the physiology.  They are experienced as your moods, mindsets, and realities.  We are most fortunate that this is kept to a minimum.

~

Lifetimes of karma are released as little more than a hiccup in the greater scheme of things.  What would have played out as years of unrest are released quickly and if experienced at all may be felt as a brief emotion or physical roughness.

~

I have promised to tell it like it is.  And that is how it is.  But any such disturbances are minimal, superficial, and certainly far less than would have been experienced if allowed to fester within the physiology for years and even lifetimes.

~

Yet life here is permeated with bliss and joy more than anything else. Fulfillment is rising as our dream is coming true.  We are building a cosmic generator of harmony that will touch and transform the lives of all people everywhere.  This technology was given to us by the rishis of ancient times.  Every bit as much a science as a spiritual endeavor, it is only ours to implement it.

~

With the rise of Sat Yuga in the midst of Kali Yuga, it is the fate of our planet that we will be supported in doing so if our focus and commitment continue as they have.  With our momentum accelerating, our task becomes easier as our success becomes more and more clear.  Yet humility will always reign as we bow down to those great seers who light our way.

I always thought that the “Gods” were personifed aspects of the unified field. Operators if you will, or personified aspects of a time when physics and science didn’t exist.

Would you please expain this to me again Brahmarshi? Am I understanding correctly that Rama, Krishna etc. were real flesh and blood beings?

  4. Ken,
    Very good question.
The universe cycles. What exists in the Absolute, from time to time, can and does manifest in the relative. The Ramayana, for example, is going on eternally at every point in creation while at the same time is an historical account of what occurred in physical existence in the past.

  5. These words are the lighthouse beacon while clinging to the deck during the storm. Thank you
